This was the month of true 'parenting' testing - the first time Arif and I were by ourselves (for an extended period) with Zain. So far, he's always had his grandparents around - I should really be saying - Arif and I always had either of our parents around ....:o)
December has been not as bad as I thought it would be - it's been great having Z to ourselves and we've all survived with our sanity intact.

- has been stacking his lego and can make a car with a driver
- saying 'thai thai' and 'chalo'
- eating bread - finally!
- dancing to 'ringa ringa rosie'
- stayed with a baby sitter at night
